5.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All online payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. ("Square") payment processing services.
5.2 Afterpay
We offer Afterpay as a payment option for eligible purchases. When using Afterpay, you enter into a separate agreement with Afterpay and are subject to Afterpay's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Afterpay services.
5.3 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
5.4 Failed Payments

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are approximate only. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Risk of loss and title to Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
7. Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have Products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For Products that are not defective or do not have a warranty claim, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Products must be in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
- Some Products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons
